What’s involved in a brand identity project?
We offer different inclusions with each branding package. However, with each package you can expect that we’ll start with a questionnaire that will help us understand your brand now and how you’re hoping to pivot for the future. We’ll get to know your ideal market in detail and research (a lot) before we even start the ‘work.’ You’ll have the chance to give your input along the way, because it’s important that your new branding fits your business.
How long does a brand identity take to create?
We have packages that can be completed in as little as 3 weeks. This is great for small businesses just starting out who need help establishing their presence.
We generally find that businesses requiring a rebrand usually need more pieces created along the way. Our more comprehensive packages can be complete in as little as 8 weeks, with everything you need ready to go.

What’s the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is one file that represents your brand. However, it’s a bit like having one photo of yourself. While the picture might be fine for your profile picture, it mightn’t be the photo you’d use at work, on your license, or that your mum would send on her annual Christmas letter.
A brand identity not only gives you your logo in the functional layouts you need, it’s also a process of identifying a cohesive colour palette, fonts, imagery and more for your business. Everything we do is guided by our education, research, and our experience creating brands for small and mid-size Australian businesses since 2018.

Our graphic design studio is based in Sydney, but we serve clients around Australia.
How is graphic design different to branding?
To be honest, it’s not. We have to be designers to create branding. But it helps to separate our offers, using the language our clients understand.
What print services do you offer?
Our graphic design services include designing anything that your business might need. We can design print materials, like packaging, flyers, signage and more. We send you the digital file and you can have it printed with your chosen provider.

We have set packages that cover most of our clients’ needs. From engagement, to posting, and content strategy, you can book us for various levels of hands-on support to help you grow a community.
What’s different between graphic design and content creation?
When we say ‘graphic design’ we’re referring to business collateral that you would use for a longer time for a specific purpose. Usually, these pieces are geared towards sales, or a purchased file.
Content usually has a shorter lifespan. It exists to build trust and relationship with customers, so it’s very important to have a well-rounded strategy behind it.
Canva Instagram Templates FAQ
How many templates will i get with my order?
Each of our sets has a unique number of templates to suit the type of business we had in mind when we were creating. On each set, you’ll see the number of single-slide templates you’ll receive.
Can I edit the templates?
Yes, we created them with easy editing in mind. For example, you might click the text box and change the font. Or change a coloured shape to better suite your brand palette. We’ve created the content with design principles and ease-of-use in mind.
Are the posts carousels?
All templates include single slides, but to make a post a carousel you can simply duplicate that slide and you have another, ready to go! No use reinventing the wheel.
can i use them right away?
Absolutely! Simply checkout and you’ll have the PDF instructions ready to download (they’ll also be emailed to you). From there, it’s very straightforward. You could have a post up in the time it’s taken you to read the FAQs!
What’s the difference between this and social media management?
These templates have been created with the intention that businesses will feel confident to represent their brands online, in a consistent, cohesive manner. We’ve thought about the kinds of posts we create for our clients as we created these designs. However, Social Media Management is more than creating an aesthetic feed. It’s a marketing strategy implemented for you.
Don’t get us wrong, you’ll still have to ummm and ahhh over which of the 50 images of the exact same thing you’ll choose, but the idea is that these templates will make it easier for you to share online. When things are easier, we’re more likely to succeed. And that’s what we want for you!
